Terms & Conditions

  • Adv 25% for party booking, 50% pmt 10 days before. 25% Balance 2 days before function. Additional gathering charged on same day. Taxes extra
  • Management makes extra efforts to have backup & keeps 10%-15% margin for excess guests but if in case any item becomes unavailable for additional guests then company is not responsible & still will be charged full amount ie minimum gurantee plus extra plates
  • Food Service stops at 4PM for lunch & 11:30PM for dinner parties.
  • DJ will be stop playing by 4PM (afternoon) and 10PM (night)
  • No compensation in case of emergency break down of A/C, Generator, Elevator, etc
  • Sharing of Stage, DJ system & other common amenities would be done with other parties booked (if complete space is not booked)
  • NO refund against cancellation in any circumstances
  • Liquor drinkinginside premises without valid state license is NOT Allowed as per Excise Rules and would be removed immediatly from premises & would be fined Rs 50,000. You have to submit this license before the start of function
  • Any Alternation to food menu or any other service should be informed 10 days before atleast.
  • Any kind of flammable items, arms, ammunitions, knives, sharp edged objects, etc are strictly prohibited. NO SMOKING inside premises
  • Food, Drinks and Beverage items from outside are not allowed
  • Management will not be held responsible for any loss of belongings/valuables from premises OR car parking
  • Any physical damage to the property or decoration will be recovered from the host of party
  • Once paid NO refund will be entertained. NO Refund on Advance deposit. Only party slot holding amount Rs 1000 is refundable for 24hrs
  • The management reserves the right to refuse alcohol to guests at any point of time without citing any reason.
  • Alcohol is served to persons above 25 years of age who can furnish a valid age proof & is responsibility of the host
  • Consumption/possession of drugs, narcotic substances & other illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside. Management reserves the right to evict any person found doing so & levy fine of Rs 50,000.
